I used to work there I guarantee you they do things legal and their Class Act if you had a problem it was most likely you didn't know the law and you didn't cooperate shout out to all the people at neighborhood Towing

I got into an accident where I needed to be taken to the hospital recently and after the accident my vehicle was towed here as I am not from the are and unfamiliar I agreed. I have difficulty walking or getting around after the accident, so I asked my Husband to take me to pick up the personal items left in the vehicle. My husband is a rather Salty old vet who doesn't always come off as well meaning as he truly is, and had attempted to retrieve the items on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday but was told on certain days dispatch calls go through another provider so my husband and children laptops in the vehicle remained there until today when we went to pick it up. My husband, Paul, left a subsequent review of his experience on the property. He took me today to pick up the thing and got out and looked at the vehicle to see it and was immediately scolded by an employee for walking towards a car he worked every day to pay for? He didn't curse, told them he was looking at his car, I gave them my license, they asked his name, and as soon as he gave it, Stated that he wasn't allowed to be on the property?! how exactly should I get here? I didn't know that if my husband leaves a bad review on Friday That he would be unwelcome on Monday?! For a minute I thought we lived in America, a free country... but no, and employee felt slighted in some way and BECAUSE MY HUSBAND POSTED A REVIEW THEY REFUSED TO RELEASE MY PROPERTY AND TRIED TO ASSERT THEIR DOMINANCE OVER MY HUSBAND LIKE A BUNCH OF PISSING DOGS INSTEAD OF PROFESSIONAL ETIQUETTE. They tried to make him wait in the car like a dog but since he wanted to get out and enjoy the air they called the sheriffs who gave us our trespass from the property. If only they had taken their jobs this personally and allowed my husband to retrieve my items in a timely fashion.Instead, they pouted like babies about an online review and their in person antics leave an even worse taste in the mouth! If you are looking for in and out no BS secure vehicle towing and storage, look elsewhere. The Guy at the front desk couldn't even be bothered to have a decent appearance like he's at work. If you don't value your time or property roll the dice with these guys and I'm sure you'll be disappointed!

My wife was in an accident and the vehicle was towed on Friday. I tried Friday and Saturday to call and arrange a time for a pick up for my things from the vehicle. Nobody answered until Sunday when they told me I would have to pay a fee to retrieve my personal items which I need for work the next day, that a business can hold my personal belongings ransom instead of serving the community like they say they do and the worst part is the guy on the phone wouldn’t even tell me his name. My work laptop was in the vehicle and so even though I have to work on Monday, I won’t be able to because they’ve made it so hard to contact them during normal work hours that I could not successfully reach them while they were open and they want to charge me $150 to come and get it while they are closed. I came from the Midwest, where people help people when it’s important like going to work and things like that instead of trying to hold them over a barrel. This shows what kind of a scumbag business owner that this place has.

Changed the tow price 3 different times once after the car was load and when the car was suppose to be dropped and for a 1 mile tow

Had my vehicle towed to a shop for repairs....i was skeptical at first once i was quoted 40% cheeper than other companies in the area...Jeff showed up promptly in a very nice clean tow truck...I ran inside to grab my things and I was shocked to come out (3 minutes at most) ...and find my car already on the truck ready to go....he drove me and the car to the shop as I went to get someone he put my car in the only spot available, wich looked like it wasn't possible, but he not only parked it there but rolled the windows up and asked if I needed my garage door clicker before locking it .....I had totally forgot he made an unwanted situation not as bad.......Highly recommend A++++ service....
